Palm Jumeirah 2 – Garden and Landscape Maintenance Works (AMC)

This project includes professional garden and landscape maintenance services under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for residential properties located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The objective of the maintenance program is to ensure that the landscaped areas remain lush, healthy, and visually appealing throughout the year while enhancing the luxury outdoor living experience of the residents.

Our scope of work includes routine lawn care, irrigation system maintenance, pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs, seasonal planting, fertilization, pest control, and general garden upkeep. All landscaping activities are carried out using professional horticultural techniques to maintain plant health and ensure the landscape complements the architecture of the villas.
