Dubai Industrial City Labour Village 1 – Garden and Landscape Maintenance Works (AMC)

This project involves comprehensive garden and landscape maintenance works under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at Labour Village 1, Dubai Industrial City. The main objective is to maintain all outdoor landscaped areas in excellent condition, providing a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for residents and workers.

The scope of work includes routine lawn maintenance, pruning of trees and shrubs, seasonal plant replacement, irrigation system inspections and repairs, fertilization, pest control, and general upkeep of all landscaped areas.
