Ibn Battuta Mall Dubai – Garden and Landscape Maintenance Works (AMC)

This project involves comprehensive garden and landscape maintenance services under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, one of the largest themed shopping destinations in the region. The objective of the maintenance program is to ensure that all landscaped areas remain healthy, clean, and visually attractive for visitors throughout the year.

Our scope of work includes regular lawn maintenance, irrigation system inspection and repairs, pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees, seasonal planting, fertilization, pest control, and general landscape upkeep. Professional horticulture practices are applied to maintain plant health and ensure that all landscape features complement the architectural character of the mall.

The maintenance strategy focuses on sustainable landscape management suitable for Dubai’s climate, using efficient irrigation techniques and environmentally responsible maintenance methods.
