Dubai Outlet Village – Garden and Landscape Maintenance Works (AMC)

This project involves comprehensive garden and landscape maintenance works under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at Dubai Outlet Village, one of Dubai’s popular retail and tourism destinations. The objective of the project is to maintain the landscape areas in excellent condition, ensuring a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for visitors, shoppers, and tenants throughout the year.

Our scope of work includes regular lawn care, irrigation system inspection and maintenance, pruning of shrubs and trees, seasonal plant replacement, fertilization, pest control, and general garden upkeep. Special attention is given to maintaining healthy plant growth and preserving the aesthetic quality of the landscape areas across the property.
