District IN5 – Garden and Landscape Maintenance Works (AMC)

This project covers professional garden and landscape maintenance services under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at District IN5 in Dubai, a modern hub designed to support innovation, technology, and creative businesses. The goal of the maintenance program is to ensure that all landscape areas remain healthy, clean, and visually attractive while creating a welcoming outdoor environment for employees, visitors, and the business community.

Our scope of work includes routine lawn care, irrigation system inspection and maintenance, pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees, seasonal plant replacement, fertilization, pest control, and general landscape upkeep.
