District D3 – Garden and Landscape Maintenance Works (AMC)

This project involves professional garden and landscape maintenance services under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at District D3 in Dubai, also known as Dubai Design District. The objective of the maintenance program is to ensure that all landscaped areas remain healthy, clean, and visually appealing, creating a pleasant outdoor environment for businesses, employees, and visitors within the district.

Our scope of work includes routine lawn care, irrigation system inspection and maintenance, pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees, seasonal planting, fertilization, pest control, and general landscape upkeep. Professional horticultural techniques are applied to maintain plant health while preserving the aesthetic value of the surrounding landscape features.
